Return policy

We accept returns within 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returned items must comply with our policies

Your item must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with original tags and packaging intact. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you.

In case the above conditions are not met, the right to decide to exchange or return goods belongs to our store.

Cancel order before delivery

You have the right to cancel your Order within 1 day/24 hours.

Please call us or email us. If your order has not been shipped, you will not be charged

Shipping

You are responsible for all shipping costs, including original shipping costs and return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our returns guidelines.

Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage in transit of returned goods.

My product arrived damaged

We will try our best to avoid damage. If this happens, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.

Please take photos of the damaged item if possible. Please contact us via email or call us please attach pictures.

 

 

 

Refund policy

Refund time

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We will arrange the return and process a full refund for the defective item. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item.

Refund method

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded

Refund conditions

You have not received the product even though you have paid.

The product we delivered does not match your order.

The product has been damaged.

Please note the following points

If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before you receive your refund. Official posting.

Next, contact your bank as sometimes it takes some processing time before the refund is sent.
